mobile iron after relocking and unrooting not working

I unrooted and relocked my nexus 6, but my mobile iron still says it is OS comprismised. I did uninstall supersu, doesn't look to be installed. What else does MDM or mobile iron flag for? I am the admin to our MI box, so I can see what's going on, and can retire/readd at whim. I just don't see what else it's flagging for, it just says OS compromised, like when I was rooted, and unlocked.

Relocking the bootloader

I've always used flashtool to relock the bootloader and it has gone without problems every.single.time... until now...

I want to relock the bootloader so I can use the DRM Restore Mod (I was one of the early adopters that unlocked the bootloader to flash recovery before we figure out that you lose the DRM keys :crying:), but when I click the button, nothing happens, the log says that the bootloader WAS relocked but in fact it hasnt (I've tested it by trying to restore the phone with Sony official tool).

Has anyone else dealed with this kind of issue? :confused::confused::confused:

Can't unlock bootloader after relocking it

So I tried to install TWRP which didn't work (said it flashed succesfully but when trying to enter it, it'd just reboot into the normal OS).

Then I tried to relock the bootloader and unlocking it again. The locking part did work, but now I can't seem to unlock it again using fastboot.
I've seen several threads with the same problem, and they have fixed it by flashing a zip, which I unfortuantely can't do that because my recovery won't let me..
Is there anyway to flash the stock recovery?

I still have access to ADB and Fastboot, so any help is really appreciated :)
