New screen dont work on OS.

Hello guys, I bought a new screen with frame included, and after put everything inside, the screen dont work when load Android.

Just work on splash screen, recovery or fastboot...I need help..:(
Even I cant see the hexagon, I tried put stock ROM..but dont work....

Led, back-home-menu buttons works, double tap work (I know because buttons works), and speakers works too....but when it load Android screen dont show anything....
Help me please...What I should to do.....sorry for my bad english..
