Please help from the community , Whatsapp Heads up Notifications

Hi guys,

Totally desperate, I uninstalled the whatsapp on my stock 5.1.1 S6 edge and I installed again.
After that is impossible to disable the heads up notifications, I already disable the option from the whatsapp menu but are still there.
I uninstalled again the whatsapp (I delete the whatsapp folder after uninstall the whatsapp) and I wiped the cache and I installed again and I still have the issue.

I want to avoid a factory reset.

Any Idea.

Heads up notification not working

Title says it all
Heads up notification doesn't work.

The problem came after I messed with xposed and some mods but I reverted the settings back and it still doesn't work. Just the logo of the notification will appear on status bar.

So is there any way to get it back?

Disable heads up notification

I don't know if I just didn't notice it before or what but how can I disable the annoying heads up notifications without an extra app? Goodness those are obnoxious
