Can i root this N910V ?

Can i root this phone it was 5.01 and am downgrade it to 4.4.4 so can i root it now or what ?
am try to use cf-root but always error in the end
any advice ?

N910v Constantly restarting

Hello,

I have Note 4 N910v Constantly restarting after writing CERT file, i have flashed the phone several times with no luck, phone starts then showing updating android apps reaches 72 then restarts again and so on, i have wiped efs wipe data cache with no luck, any help would be appreciated.

N910V No signal in Argentina

Hello everyone,
I bought a Unlocked Note 4 from Verizon in USA. In Argentina I don't have signal. We use GSM so it should work right. I know this device has not root access. I just want to make some calls or messages.
It doesn't let me search network manually. It throws an error "error searching networks"

Android Version: 4.4.4
Network Mode: Global/GSM
Notifications:

Somebody could help me on this.
