How hard would it be to make an app like this?

Hi. I want to make a simple Android app but I have no programming experience.
I want to make an app that categorizes Android games and I choose the games in each category. It's basically like a list of games in different categories and they lead to the game page on the Google Play Store.

How hard would it be to make an app like this for someone with no coding/programming knowledge? And any tips on what I should learn in order to make this app?

Is there away to a make this phone on into the T mobile version?

If even of its running the OC1 5.01?

Any ideas what app is constantly giving me this notification randomly?

It keeps happening throughout the day on the home screen, in apps and even on the lock screen.

Cannot Connect to Netflix at this Time Error

If i open netflix 10 times on my fire tv 9 times it will tell me it is unable to connect to netflix . Is anyone else having this issue also? Or has anyone had it and figured out how to fix it. I have cleard cache and data and even reinstalled a few times and nothing seems to fix it. Any idea or help would be great.

I just wanted to make a post and express how much I love this phone! I can't believe Samsung really came through and completely hit it out of the park! TouchWiz is much lighter and doesn't hiccup and stutter like it did in the past. If anybody is worried about the lack of SD card and removable battery don't be. This phone is fantastic!

"APN settings are not available for this user"

Hello everybody,

I have a rooted ASUS Zenfone 5 (A501CG), Android 5.0 Lollipop. After my last upgrade (OTA, by the way) I had to perform a factory reset for personal reasons. Since then, I cannot input my APN settings manually. I get the following message: "APN settings are not available for this user". Googling the internetz and searching through these very forums came to no avail. I tried a new factory reset; then, I recursively changed ownership and permissions for /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony (acording to a thread at StackExchange, these files should belong to user radio and group radio, with chmod of at least 660). I also chow'd/chmodded /config/telephony, just in case... Nothing has worked and I still get the same message, rendering my 3G/HSPA+ services unreachable.

I hope somebody has a solution for this!

Can i go back to cm11s this way?

Hi! My question is lame, i know.. But here it goes anyway, i couldn't find a simple and direct answer..
Is less than a week that i have this phone, and i've been reading a lot of guides of how to rollback to cm11s.. the thing is i've flashed the latest CM12S signed zip ota through CM Recovery, everything is fine as i'm testing it right now..
My question is: if i want to go back to CM11S (in the case that i don't like CM12S or have some bugs), can i just wipe data / factory reset and cache in CM Recovery, and then flash the cm11s signed zip?
I haven't rooted or unlocked bootloader, is it relatively easy from what i read around here.. but i wondered if i had to go through all those steps (unlock bootloader, custom recovery, and then flash) or just doing the steps mentioned before will work just fine..
Is it better to fastboot flash or through custom recovery is fine also?

PD: I'm also asking what do you think about some other 5.1.1 Lollipop ROM, custom kernel, etc.. I'm kind of a flashaholic and i would be able to install the custom recovery if would be really worth it :D

I have been trying to make Google music play a specific playlist via Automate (similar to tasker) when my alarm goes off. But I don't know what activity to pick. I have found the playlist shortcut but that only launches the app and shows the playlist. I want it to play it also. How do I make this work?

Hello all. I come over from the Nexus 5 forums, and as much as I love my N5, its definitely starting to show it's age with it's out-dated specs, terrible battery, and inadequate storage (I have the Sprint 16gb model). I was looking at different phones to move on to, and even though money is sorrrrrtttttt of a factor (not really), I've been bouncing around what's available and affordable, since I'm sitting on an upgrade right now. My choices are:

Samsung Galaxy S6 - Best camera, decent starting development scene, non-removeable battery and storage, lackluster battery.

LG G4 - Can get for 0 at Best Buy. Good camera, good screen, good battery, removable everything, no development scene.

Or...

LG G3 - Can get for (Read, ONE DOLLAR) at Best Buy. Good camera, good screen, good battery, removable everything, established development scene.


My biggest concern when it comes to buying a phone is how good the development scene is, or how much potential it has. The LG G3 is already established as a fine phone, its just... The G4 has updated specs on an already high-end phone. Which begs the question, is it worth spending 0 for the top of the line, or better to spend for an extremely capable veteran that can still hang with the best of them?

How does this work

What am I supposed to do?

What DAC does this phone have?

I have looked around to try and find info on the type of DAC that will be in this phone but have not been lucky with finding anything. Any spec listing i have came across do not have the DAC listed. And when i try and hunt around online, all i see is complaints about the previous version of the moto x line having a poor performing DAC.

Does anyone know the type of DAC it may have?

This is the ultimate factor for me personally in my decision to get this phone when available or wait for the next xperia z to come to the states. I am currently using a Samsung S4, decent DAC but my wife's xperia z3 compact clarity when using custom iems or any high performing headphones is the best performing DAC in a android device i have ever heard without the use of an amp or external dac.

Can I restore apps from another phone to fix this boot loop?

I have one Kyocera Hydro Icon that I rooted using Root Genius, and after deleting a system apps my phone now reboots like 10 seconds after boot if it is not in airplane mode. I purchased a second Kyocera Hydro Icon and rooted it with Bin4ry Root. I would like to know if there is a way I can copy everything from the new phone to the old one, and if this would restore functionality to my phone?
