Zombi-pop 5..1..1 status bat question

Was wondering if there is a way to hide or remove the percentage indicator located next to battery icon in the status bar (upper right corner) for zombi-pop on the tf300t? In settings under ”bars" there is a choice to "never" show the percentage indicator but it seems to do nothing when chosen. While the icon seems to not distract me the % indicator has me constantly watching it drain. Would really love to turn it off.

Thanks,
Dawg

Stagefright patches for current ZOMBi-POP OMNI KANG

Dear TF700 Users,
as there is no Q&A thread for the current [5.1.1] ZOMBi-POP OMNI KANG rom I have to try with a new thread.
The RC1 is still vulnerable to some stagefright exploits, if I want to trust the Zimperium app. I am afraid of opening video material on the device.
When can we expect a fix? I just bought a second (used) one, since it is running so smooth now with the rom.

Kind regards
Axel
