Current L ROM with Viper audio

I tried getting Viper audio working today and pretty much hosed my Google Music. I have been running ressurection ROM for a while now which uses AudioFX and I grew tired of the lack of audio options. Also every time I reboot or even just randomly during the day my network drops and I have to choose another APN (although it never actually changes it just prompts the LTE to reconnect) which is super annoying.

So I read up on it flashed some IPS changed some settings and now Google won't play music which is my primary music player.

Any chance you guys can tell me which lolli based ROMs (without the LG skin) either are cooked with or have worked with Viper & Google music?

Slow Charging Current

I have ported a miui rom and faced a issue on it. When i charge my phone using stock rom i get around 1 A charging current but in miui the max charging current i get is only 500-600mA. Can anyone please tell how and what i have to edit in kernel or rom to make its charging current to ~1A

Busted screen on current phone, looking to upgrade to an N6, have some questions.

Howdy!

Screen busted on my 2013 Moto X, and with Verizon changing plans and whatnot, I'm not sure I'll be able to do another 2 year contract with Unlimited Data like I did through a loophole that closed about 2 years ago.

Anyway, I'm seriously considering getting a used N6, but had a couple questions. I did some searching, but I'd like some clarification if anyone has a chance to provide some.

First: Device Encryption. It's been awhile since I've read up on this, but is there still a serious performance hit if you enable device encryption? I've read how to disable forced encryption, but didn't know if it was still necessary.

Second: Verizon Interoperability. I know that VZW now properly sees N6s not purchased through their store (which is currently 0 more than Moto's site... what the heck??), but is VoLTE properly working now? I read in one forum that some had gotten it to work, but some of the posts were older and I wasn't sure that the issue of the VoLTE flag on the device turning off between boots was still a thing.

Third: Hardware Concerns. If I recall, when the devices were first released there were some random slowdowns caused by certain memory chips. Is this still an issue? If so, is there any way that I can tell if a device will have these slowdown issues, or has this been fixed in software?

Fourth, and not a pressing question because I'm going to do some more reading on this, but what is your favorite ROM/kernel combo? Not looking for what is the best performance or longest battery life, just want to know what you currently have on your device.

Thank you for your time!

Stagefright patches for current ZOMBi-POP OMNI KANG

Dear TF700 Users,
as there is no Q&A thread for the current [5.1.1] ZOMBi-POP OMNI KANG rom I have to try with a new thread.
The RC1 is still vulnerable to some stagefright exploits, if I want to trust the Zimperium app. I am afraid of opening video material on the device.
When can we expect a fix? I just bought a second (used) one, since it is running so smooth now with the rom.

Kind regards
Axel

[APP] CurrentCurrent - know your current current

CurrentCurrent displays the battery charging current in the notification area.

It's a lightweight service which is started on boot (if you decide to run it on boot).

Playstore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...currentcurrent
Apk download: https://goo.gl/S6xmw2

----

I made this because my Nexus 6 running Android M refused to charge in Quick Charge mode and due to a bug it discharged in a couple of hours. Now I see what's up at least. Maybe it's useful for someone else.
I'll think about a proper icon in case people use this.

App to monitor battery current (mA)?

Hi all,

Is there an app that works with the S5 to monitor your battery's current (mA)? Both when it's charging and discharging?

The Currentwidget app doesn't work for the S5 unfortunately and the Ampere app only shows the max that a phone can charge when connected to any given USB port (which is pretty good info).

Thanks!
