***Successful Carrier Unlock???***

I realize the S6 Edge+ has only been out for a few days, but has anyone achieved carrier unlock with their S6 Edge+?

I can live with temporary no root (though Chainfire may have achieved root? buy sacrificing Samsung Pay?)
and I understand the 40 day TMobile, active usage requirement before being able to request carrier unlock from TMobile
However, I wish to use a fully paid off device on another carrier (Straight Talk AT&T). I should be able to use the device as how I see fit if the device is fully paid off and I have no further obligation to TMobile...

Any successful 3rd party unlock service or successful carrier unlock by any methods posted?

Successful root on OC1, but have a problem, need help!

I posted elsewhere but I'm hoping to have more luck here.

I have a verizon gs4, stock lollipop 5.0.1, baseband l545vrugoc1, and i used kingroot pc version to root. Did the same for my wifes phone. Root seems to work, i have superuser permission, but now both phones say sim card not readable, contact your provider. I want to switch the phone to straighttalk service with their byod sim kit. Is this message normal or is the phone no longer capable of reading a sim? I know the message has to do with Activation Agent, but not sure what that even does at this point. Is Knox somehow involved? Pretty sure I tripped it when I rooted the phones, both say custom now. Can I flash or factory reset to fix this problem?

One other question, I cant remove kingroot and replace with supersu, supersume not working completely and once supersu is on the phone binaries wont update, fails everytime. Been searching for 2 weeks to find answers and while normally google is my friend, this time its no help.
Any help would be appreciated.
