Sim card cannot be detected

I got a Mi 4i 4 days back after updating it, it is not detecting sim card. I have tried rebooting it several times, checked if adapter is insert properly but still the problem is not solved.

Phone detected as Mobile USB Modem when in Download Mode

Hi everybody,

I recently encountered a weird problem with my download mode, and I could not find a solution in any existing forum (wich of course doesn't mean it isn't there, just that I couldn't find it) so I decided to ask away :). I have had three android devices over the years, and rooted them all, as well as some friends devices, so you could say that I am an experienced user. I mainly follow tutorials though, I am not a developer. Last year I bought the i9305, and rooted it almost immediately. Since then I've had more Roms than I can count on it, always using adb, fastboot and odin flawlessly.

A few weeks ago, I had nameless rom (android 5.1.1) installed, and an update did not go as expected. I ended up in a bootloop, did a cache/dalvik cache wipe, and when that did nothing, I tried full wipe, back to a previous backup, even fresh installing a version of nameless 5.1.1 I new had worked in the past, but still, bootloop. Fastboot had stopped working, but not adb or odin, so I flashed stock kitkat via odin in order to reset the mess and start over. But since then, even though I rooted again, have a custom recovery and everything running flawlessly (I could flash a custom kernel without a glitch) I simply cannot flash any custom Rom. None. Nada. As I believed a Fastboot wipe could solve the problem, I tried every driver in existence to get it to work again, but my phone still gets recognized as "SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem" with samsung usb drivers.

I have installed all drivers and using original samsung USB cable but still odin does not shows com port and there is no changes happening after checking USB debugging also. Please somebody help me to let my gear s connect to my computer.

[Q] Sim card not detected, IMEI ok, CARD READER is new

Hello, I have a problem with my 2x , it no longer recognizes the sim card , I have change the sim card reader , I checked and even try to rewrite IMEI but nothing changed , this happened after flash stock 2.2 (all same the stock V10a) or after flash CWM and CM7.2 i don't really know.
Anyway I'm stuck and I do not know what to do to solve the problem
Please help me.

[help]LG G2 D802 download mode not detected by pc also fastboot not working

i flashed Lollipop kdz v30a on lg g2 d 802 (via lg flash tool 2014) which was running on kitkat v20b . kdz flashed completely but when phone booted it stuck on lg logo screen. i tried hard reset but could not boot. now when i put my phone in download mode it is not being detected by pc.
when phone is connected with computer without download mode it detects phone as LGE MTP and com port 5 and LGE usb composite device but when i put phone in download mode it is not detected by computer and does not go to proper download mode.

Galaxy Alpha USB Mass storage not Detected by PC

HI everyone

I am using 4.4.4 rooted galaxy alpha with developer mode on.

I have installed usb drivers supplied by samsung, despite many attempts my phones storage wont show up in My computer and because of that i am not able to transfer files to and fro from my phone.

Whenever i try to connect, a notification pops up in my PC saying USB device not recognised, however the phones seems to be charging.

also there is no notification on my phone relating to USB connection with my PC.

i have dchecked into settings and havent seen any menu inside relating to USB connections or Mass storage etc.

please help me with it thankyou

No Sim card detected

I am facing strange problem in my htc one.
I have two sim card. one is detecting and other is not.
same sim card which is not detecting in my mobile is detecting my friends mobile (Micromax Turbo and Lenovo K3 Note).
I am using viperOne 9.0.
Is there any solution?

LG G4 SIM card note detected

Hi guys,

bought a LG G4 and used it with SIM card from Vodafone without any issues.

Now i've tried a SIM from another carrier and phone doesn't reconizes it, thous i've tried this SIM in other phones and it works ok.

What can be the problem? Cheers

[HELP] LG FLEX 2 H959 5.1.1 Simcard Not Detected After Factory Reset

Hi please help me, my g flex 2 accidentaly wont read any simcard anymore,
it happend after i factory reset my phone,
i reseted my phone, start it up until finish,then turn my phone off
then i took my simcard off,, turn it on without simcard, turn airplane mode on, then turn my wifi on.
after a while, i tried to put my simcad again, but it wont detect.

i tried to factory reset again for few times but it wont help,

anyone ever have same issues?
how to solve it?pleaseeee
