how to back up complete system to computer?

I have an LG G2 VS98039A (5.0.2) So obviously I have no flash drive.
I want to install Blisspop.
I have rooted, installed SU, TWRP, bought and installed the paid version of Titanium Backup (probably a mistake).
I want to have a complete backup to fall back on if I mess up my ROM install. It appears that if I go at if backwards (connecting to computer with USB then opening up the phone files on my PC) that many of the folders are empty.
I do not want to use the cloud.
Surely I am missing some obvious thing? Please help me, I'm not computer illiterate but I haven't messed around with phone modding since my old blackberry back in 2009.

Phone not showing up in computer.

Ive connected my S6 to the computer but it doesnt show up in My Computer. It shows that the MTP USB Device driver has failed to install. Any solutions? Ive tried everything available on the internet. Even kies and smartswitch and samsung drivers installed. Nothing seems to work at this point.

G2 D800 in trouble, computer does not recognize and only boots to TWRP

Hi all,

I root the phone with towel root and installed autorec(twrp) v2.7.0.0 and after installing the twrp opned it to backup stock os.

after backup completed, hit on the reboot system ,.. Thats it after this lg logo is coming not going anywhere but green led is blinking always.

I didnt flash anything but nothing is coming,, after trying the powerbutton+Volume down button its opening factory reset but going to TWRP Only .. tried restoring the backup of stock but after clicking on the reboot , same issue only lg logo is coming.

I can get into download mode but windows pc is not recognizing the mobile.

I unlocked with MSL code and now i cannot get it to register on my computer tried different usbs cables adb fastboot recovery nothing shows up anywhere. Not sure if worked before MSL code because it still charges did a month ago.

[Help] Stuck in a boot loop, computer won't recognize phone

I have a d6603 Z3 on 5.1.1. I attempted to use flashtool to downgrade my firmware as per this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/g...stall-t3017056

After allowing it to flash, the last lines were:

Once I did that, the phone would start and during the boot process it would freeze and restart. Connecting to my computer shows that the battery is at 50% no matter how long it's connected. I've tried holding the power button with volume up, or power with volume down, and doing those two while connecting to computer, and nothing. Pressing the yellow button and getting the vibrations don't help. Trying to use PC Companion Repair, but that's not getting anywhere because when I hold the volume button while connecting the device, it doesn't recognize the device. Sometimes the phone will vibrate once while holding volume down when I do that. Still nothing. I'm at my wits end here. :(
