[Q] Knox tripped but wanting to send back

I'm having a lot of issues with my phone and I'm not getting any responses.. is there a way to reset the counter? I'm getting occasional crash to download mode with mmc read fail. . I think my internal SD is corrupted

Wanting to use sprint spark

A while ago there was an OTA update to combine the Sprint bands together to get sprint spark. I cannot do the OTA update. I have a rooted deodexed stock rom..... Here is the info from sprint. ...
It seems that the Sprint is about to release an OTA update, dubbed VZA, which enables the device to connect to Sprint Spark's LTE bands 26 and 41 (800MHz and 2500MHz). Up until now, the device could only connect to band 25 of the Sprint Spark LTE network.
Is there any way to receive this update through TWRP?...... i attached my Phone specs...
Any information on this would be greatly appreciated

Wanting to remove root

Hi there

have had my P8000 for a day now and just installed my barclays banking app which i often use only to see that the phone is rooted

I'm not really bothered about having root access if i'm honest just would like my banking app to work. Does anyone know how to remove root access from this phone this is how it was shipped to me from Geekbuying

just wanting positive insight

wanting some of you fellow threaders opinion on something... well i have two account with verizon one with one line with udp and i transfered my upgrade from that account to the one with 3 lines {no udp} and upgraded to an s6 and currently waiting for it to be delivered.... so what is the actual steps to take to keep the udp and not loose it. do i just swap out sim card out before turning the phone on after recieving it??? or what?? like i said just want some of all your personal experiance and insight on the take?
