Deleting Apps

Hello when you delete apps on android does it leave "traces" on the phone even after uninstalling? For example, empty folders, directories, etc... I'm quite OCD about these things and feel "cluttered" not knowing. Any information about this would be appreciated.

Also, if even after deleting the app there are traces leftover, are there any apps to "scan" and "clean" these leftover files?

Deleting nandroid backup made in CWM?

OK, so I originally had CWM recovery on my tablet and I created a nandroid backup through there to my internal tablet memory which used up like 5.5gb of my 11.95gb of usable space. Shortly after making the backup I decided to flash twrp recovery instead...

Now, how can I delete the CWM backup without having to reflash CWM recovery??

Deleting bloatware before installing custom rom?

So I just want to understand things better.

I was rooted and froze bloatware and some services I didn't need with titanium. When I updated and lost root, bloatware remained frozen with no option to enable (greyed out). I've since flashed stock rom and am about to reroot then try a custom rom I've read about for great battery life. How will those frozen bloatware/services affect my custom rom? Should I still enjoy the great battery life benefits and improved performance? FWIW, the rom is xtresolite that I want to try on my gs5.

My little girl sometime accidentally delete file from gallery when she is watching
Movies or pictures.She also sometime do it through MX player .
Is there anyway (any app) to lock "delete" function with simple password?

Playlists deleting itselft

Greetings,every time I connect my phone to PC to transfer files,all my songs from playlists disapear(playlist name is still there).It happend few times already and it is very annoying.It also happens if I remove my sd card and put it back in.Please help how to get them back.Thanks in advance.

Just a quick questin about deleting ROM

Can i delete Cyanogenmod wih installing stock rom with odin download? so will the recovery uninstall with the cyanogenmod?

i747 boot loop after deleting phone partition

This is a 4.4.2 rooted android that i just flashed a custom spirit rom. It worked perfect but I go greedy and tried to format the whole phone with intentions of reinstalling spirit again on a fresh device but soon as I formated my phone i got the boot loop....Fail.

Cant access recovery even though the twrp logo pops up when i attempt to enter recovery only to boot loop again.

I tried flashing back to stock rom via odin but no can do cuz you cant downgrade. So I tried reinstalling twrp via odin. Said success but it still won't let me go into recovery mode cuz it still boot loops.

What should i do?
Should I try to use odin to flash to the custom spirit rom that i had on before this happened?
Or download a custom 4.4.2 stock rom and dtry to use that to flash via odin? makes no sense since i had the spirit rom last.
I'm looking at countless threads and am a little bit clouded wtih information. I have a feeling there is something easy to fix this that i dont know about. aNy input? thanks......:cool:
