How to Configure Signing Information Project Structcture Dialog

I am getting the "Unfortunately Has Stopped" message in my release version that does not occur in the debug version. So i tried running the release version with debug. It gives me this message "app-release-unsigned.apk is not signed. Please configure the signing information for the selected flavor using the Project Structure dialog.". Well, i have no clue about how to fill in this dialog. Or even if i can do debugging with the release version? Any help much appreciated.

Why is there no information whatsoever about this watch?

Whenever i try to google problems about this watch or simple things such as "how to access recovery" there is literally no information whatsoever on it, things such as stock ROMs frequents problems and other such things are non existent about this watch, is there some logical reason as to why this is?
