Is there any solution for this. Anyone r there any other dual sim patches available. Plz help me....

Constant reboots after Stagefright Patch

N7 2013 WiFi model sitting on my bed stand reboots every couple hours in standby. It's not rooted and nothing sideloaded... anyone else having this problem?

StageFright Patch

Patch to the famous Stagefright vulnerabilities, this was provided in the newest update OH1 for the L720T. I did not do anything but put the files into a flashable zip. Has only been tested on Touchwiz 5.0 Lollipop.

Stagefright patch for MTK 6732/6752 devices with Kitkat 4.4.4 and Custom Recovery

Thanks to Jiayu Germany for their quick patch against stagefright vulnerability! I slightly modified their flashable .zip, so it should work on every smartphone based on a MTK 6732/6752 SoC running Kitkat 4.4.4. You need a custom recovery in order to flash it.
Please make a full nandroid backup before installing this and create a backup of the originial /system/lib/libstagefright.so - e.g. you can rename it to libstagefright.so.bak

Verizon rolling out Stagefright patch for Galaxy S5

Verizon is rolling out Stagefright OTA patch for Galaxy S5. I installed and tested the patch. My phone is stock/un-rooted, and appears to be working fine after the patch.

Stagefright temporary patch for rooted users

Hi Everyone,

I saw that the AT&T 5.1 OTA had 4/6 Stagefright vulnerabilities patched already, so I thought I would try to make it work with the Developer Edition XT1053, in theory, this should also work with other models as well that are on at least Lollipop 5.1

NOTE: This process only works if you have root access, if you do not, you will not be able to apply this library

1) Use a File Explorer App, navigate to the system/lib folder and find the libstagefright.so file

2) Backup this file to your internal memory under sdcard, in case you need a stock version for when the official update comes

3) Download the AT&T libstagefright.so file (I attached the XT1053 5.1 stock version and the XT1058 5.1 AT&T version, in case you cannot backup yours)

4) Overwrite the libstagefright.so file and modify the permissions of the lib to match the other library files in the directory (Should be rw-r--r--)

5) Open the Stagefright detector app and run it, you should now be 4/6 vulnerabilities patched :)

updating stagefright patch without unrooting?

I have a rooted tmobile gs5 lollipop 5.1 stock rom. Are there any options to install the stagefright update without unrooting? OTA is not an option, my phone gives me the

I was thinking about installing a custom rom that would have that patch already in it????

Is there a way to use samsung smart switch to install the update? When I attempt to check for software update on my phone, it actually tells me the OS has been modified and try using the smart switch....

Finally, if unrooting is a must, when I go to root, can I follow the same exact protocol as before, or must the developers update the root packages first?
