Towards a Complete Kernel Source Code For Lenovo A6000 / Plus

Complete Kernel Source Code is essential for building rom from scratch
what lenovo did it give us incomplete Code missing the important files and directories and hide the essential part
Lenovo should release kernel source in full, so we can look after our self
Kernel development doesn't take place unless we get the device's schematics and its corresponding defconfig.
Lenovo has hidden the caf tag inside the firmware. there is matching qcom caf kernel tag for the same chipset. But without the schematics of the device, we couldn't proceed in developing
so here is the last source kernel from lenovo and github !hopefully they are complete now!

What do you do to keep your Lenovo a6000 plus cool?

I have found that running my mobile in 3g makes my pphone extremely hot. Also found that keeping large movie files, specially .mkv files also makes it hot. What do you do to keep the device cool?

Any way to flash stock rom and unroot lenovo a6000 plus to receive ota updates without bricking the device? I want to root lenovo a6000 plus but I'm afraid that it won't unroot and return to its original state as i have searched everywhere. No dedicated flash tool for lenovo like xiaomi devices. Made a big mistake buying this phone.

Lenovo A6000 plus deep sleep issue / Screen won't turn on .

I have been experiencing this issue on the A6000 plus since the past week. Once in a while (around 2-3 times every day) the phone goes into a deep sleep kind of state where the screen won't turn on even after pressing the power button numerous times. This issue has become so irritating that I am considering going for a refund. The phone works properly only after the battery has been removed and re-inserted. Does anyone have a solution to this problem ? Please share. Developing-one step closer-CM12.1 lollipop 5.1.1 for Lenovo A6000 / Plus

We Developing CM12.1 lollipop based on 5.1.1 for Lenovo A6000 / Plus
we complete the work of the Chinese developer Flourmo
who originally make this ROM for Lenovo K30-W / K30-T
until now we manged to fix the Sim bug partially
i mean there is signal now and detected but emergency calls only available
the sign of network available now at statue bar
and it can detect operator
all this seems fine but you still can't make a call
when you make call it say no network available
so still need some work
hopefully the ROM will be ready for downloading and testing at the end of the month

E:footer is wrong during installation of stock rom on lenovo a6000 plus

I had rooted lenovo A6000 plus using kingroot. Then i updated the phone (system update). though they gave the warning as your phone is rooted the update might not work but still i updated :( . when the phone restarted there are options for recovery (Android system recovery<3e> kraft-A6000-s_S013_150615). when i update the custom rom (even stock rom) there are two errors 1.E:footer is wrong and
2. E:signature verification failed. then installation got aborted. i have gone through factory reset also tried to install from sd card still no luck.
now how can i install rom or recover. i have no backups though :(.

Lenovo A6000 Plus Touchscreen Problem

Has anyone encountered this annoying touchscreen problem? It simply stops responding at times at specific locations on the screen. But it's really hard to reproduce the error at will. Is this a hardware problem or a software one? I am on rooted stock rom.
