remote : oem unlock is disabled ?

Hi
I get the chinese version of oneplus 2 and it is running HydrogenOS. I don't like all the chinese bloatware so I decided to install oxygenOS, the one linked here :http://forum.xda-developers.com/onep...olbox-t3178267
But I try to unlock the bootloader, I get this message :
FAILED (remote : oem unlock is disabled)
Any clue on how unlock the boot loader.
Thanks a lot.
Nabolito.

Amazon apps that should NOT be disabled?

I wish to disable anything amazon related for processes on the fire. Many of them have been active and the only app that reveals it is network logger.

Anyone know what apps I must keep in order to not break the phone?

Thanks.

SIM 1 random disabled XT1068 (LA version)

Hi everyone:

I'm having this issue almost 2 months ago, my phone start ok, but a randomly sim1 get disabled after random period (could be 5 hours, or 1 hour after phone start) and sim 2 still working ok. I tried several thing with no success:

-Trying enable sim from configuration menu isn't posible, is greyed out when issue happens.
-Rebooting phone is the only way to restore sim 1 conectivity. (only solution for now)
-Tried stopping and starting radio with #*#*4636*#*# menu.
-Tried diferent sim cards on both sim slots, same problem (i guess is not a sim card related problem)
-Factory reset from TWRP.
-Go back to stock image (from 5.0.2 official update) to 4.4.4 RETLA-XT1068 rom image. (Works OK by some hours, then same issue happens.)

Could be a hardware problem on sim 1? , is there any log that can i review? i've searched with logcat trying to get some kind of hardware error. The only change that i can remember that could affect this was a "3g boost guide" that i followed from forum activating vj compression, but that configuration gone after factory reset and restoring room to stock.

Any help aprecciated, sorry about my english.

Samsung email with exchange security disabled

Hi devs,

I need email with exchange security disabled

As far as I have looked for, there is no available solution: Wanam module requires xposed, which is not yet available for our S6 64 bits architecture, Alliance fwk announces the feature but it is not active,

So I decided to implement the solution based on the tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...email-t3129898

I can't get the app working on the phone (it crashes). I suspect that zipalign is doing 32 bits alignment whereas the S6 is 64 bits. I found no indications on Android dev site...

So can anyone help me to get S6 app recompiled and working correctly on the device.

I know that exchange security bypass is an expected feature, so I would try helping to get it quickly

Olivier

bloatware remains disabled after unrooting

I unrooted today via smart switch to get the stagefright update. To my surprise, all my bloatware remains disabled. Is this normal? This was my first root job. Prior to root, those stupid bloats were constantly popping back up in running apps. My magazine and a few others were just awful. So far, they have remained disabled. I may not even reroot this now....

However, I considered rerooting and trying xtresolite. I'm all about battery life. Do you think a very light weight rom like that would extend my battery much?

TALKBACK app has disabled my screen. Dimmed screen stays dim.

The screen on my Oneplus One w Cyanogen 12 was dimmed by TALKBACK app and will not return to normal brightness.
A few days ago I accidentally started TALKBACK through the accessibility shortcut.
I think the shortcut is a few power button presses and then touching the screen with 2 fingers.
So in my diztronic rubber case the power button can be difficult to engage, so in trying to turn the screen off I must have reached the correct combination of presses and then putting the phone in my pocket it registered the shortcut. [Really bad idea for a shortcut, how do I disable that shortcut?]
So the problem is the option checkbox was selected to "dim the screen when talkback is active". This feature has a built in 3 minute warning and a way to undo the selection. I think it is 3 presses of Up + Down volume buttons together.
I didn't see the warning and instructions in time and the screen was dimmed very dark, almost completely blacked out.

The screen is dimmed to probably 95% by this setting, and appears completely black in any normal light setting. Only in a very dark room with a flashlight directly into the screen can anything be seen.
I used the backlight settings to adjust screen brightness to max setting between 0 - 255, and I can see it makes a slight difference in adjusting the dimmness level. Phone functions normally except it's unusable because of the dim screen.
I tried a factory reset. Screen stays dim.
I tried another factory reset while Talkback was on and it stayed on, and screen stayed dim.
I have contacted Oneplus support and installed their Oxygen OS. Screen says dim.

How is this app able to dim the screen across resets and complete OS wipes?
Whatever variable TALKBACK used to dim the screen I need a way to undo it, as the app did not clear it.

Any ideas?

Screen inaccessible(no display) usb debug disabled cmd help

Nexus 5 running 5.1 stock

I had recently and sadly had an accident with my phone where the screen is completely useless. Shattered is a harsh word, but it's sitting in that condition. It does however still turn on. There are parts of the screen that display, but for some odd reason, its completely mirrored and upside down.

I have Android tools and drivers installed. And knowing something like this might happen, I had USB debugging enabled. BUT, for even stranger reasons, I'm guessing it's disabled because through cmd on platform-tools, it says it's unauthorized. Though the little window of display my phone pushes, I'm guessing I'm getting a dialog asking for USB debugging to be enabled. I'm not too sure how I got to this window, but it randomly appears on restarts of the device, and half the time, it just restarts normally like any restart.

I was wondering if there was a way I can push a command line using cmd on my PC to accept or continue from the dialog box that I literally can't see.

I looked far and wide on Google and this beloved website, but am having a hard time finding a solution.

The device is bootload unlocked, running stock on Lollipop.
I do not know if rooting and installing TWP will affect my data, as it is the only thing I really don't want to lose. I wish to keep stock as I am completely fine with it and I have tried custom Roms, but I still wish to continue using stock.

I'm not too familiar with some words used in explanations on this site, so please respond as if I'm 7 years old :silly:

My initial goal was to (while having usb debug enabled) fastboot (i think i'm using the right term) Mobizen, then mirror the screen on my pc, and control the device to upload everything to my cloud storage.
