Turbo Charging on the Moto X Play

The Motorola's turbo charge claims that it can charge a fair amount within 15 minutes from 0%. Faster than the S6 apparently, is this true? If so to what % from 0% within 15 minutes?

Will the Droid Turbo get Android M?

I have a Galaxy Note 2 right now, and my contract ends on the 31st of August. I would like to get a new phone then, and the Droid Turbo is looking like it will be my choice. The only thing I am worried about is, will Verizon update this to Marshmallow? I don't want to get a new phone and be stuck on an old OS. Also, is there any info on when Verizon will be releasing a new Droid? I would be willing to wait a few months if they are coming out with a Turbo 2.

Dead Turbo?

So I was running CF 1.3 base for quite a while with no issues. Two days ago my phone shut down on me and would not boot. I wipe everything multiple times. I wiped cache. I did a factory reset, nothing... I wiped again. Nothing.

It gets past the Motorola logo and then just sits at the boot screen. A couple of times it would say updating android, it would finish, but then it would go right back to the boot screen. After about 8 hours it finally booted and I used it all day yesterday. This morning my issue is back. I've flashed different images to see if it has something to do with 1.3. It's all the same. I think I might try to go back to kit kat. It seems to be a software problem, but I am starting to think that something most be wrong with my hardware.

Can someone help me get the latest version of CF Turbo for 5.1?

I'm very confused because I downloaded a rooted 5.1 image and I don't remember which one. On top of that I have no idea where to find out what version I flashed. Also when I go to the developer page I see 2 topics. Is there anyone that is on top of whats going on?

I wanna try out that V4A and also have free tethering as I'm paying 20$ as is (grandfathered unlimited data on Verizon)

Turbo rebooting a lot

Hi,

My turbo has been rebooting on its own a lot the past week. I have a debug log, but I'm not sure what I should look for to see if there is a specific application, etc. causing it. Does anyone have a few pointers of things I should grep for?

So, there is not much time left to reveal the new droid turbo 2 and moto maxx 2. The rumors started to emerge by now. What do you think of the new droid turbo 2 / Moto maxx 2 ? POssible specs are unknown but possibly 810 with lowered clock speeds to maintain heat :)

Way to Keep UDP with New Turbo?

I have one UDP line and one TDP line. The UDP line is upgrade eligible and the TDP is not, and I'm trying to get a subsidized Turbo via VZW.com before VZW kills 2 yr contracts but for the TDP line (not UDP line). When I transferred the UDP upgrade to the TDP and tried to select the Turbo, it told me I have to select a new data plan as UDP is no longer offered (makes sense).

Would I do the following steps:

1) Choose a 2 GB tiered plan on verizon's website
2) Have the Turbo shipped to my home
3) Take out included new Turbo SIM
4) Insert current TDP phone SIM into new Turbo
5) After few hrs, take out TDP phone SIM and insert my current UDP SIM into new Turbo
6) After few hrs take out UDP SIM from new Turbo and re insert TDP SIM

Is that all correct? I stopped when the Verizon website asked me to select a new plan for my UDP upgrade. Is that normal? Should I just use Best Buy instead of VZ online? Thanks

I've managed to root droid 4.4.4 turbo with Mofo root, when I want to update to a lollipop if its root is lost.?

Just caught my Turbo trying to update on it's own

I was sitting in my car and looked at the screen and I noticed that the phone was downloading MotorolaOTA 4.0 Does anyone know what it is? I am currently running KitKat 4.4.4 and never did the Lollipop update.

I also stopped the download in process but it appears that the phone would love to continue the download.

Any chance droid turbo put in download mode?
After flashed with mofo modified image ..phone stuck in android logo.
Problem is all 3 buttons ..volume up,down,power off is damaged.

Cell Service & Motorola Droid Turbo

Ever since I switched from the Lg G2 to this Droid Turbo I've been experiencing an abundance of call drops. I've been traveling a specific route (32 minutes) for the past 11 years and never experienced a single call drop but now there are multiple areas where the call drops every time. It's always the same areas too. Has anyone else experienced the same? Does it sound like the problem is with the phone or with the service? Running Android 4.4.4. Wonder if upgrading will fix this....

Other this issue I love this phone and even if I there is nothing I can do to fix it, I'm keeping it (or may exchange it for a new one)
