Unable to update unrooted phone to latest version

I have never rooted or flashed a ROM on to this phone. When I try to update (OTA) from G900AUCU4BOF2 to G900AUCU4BOF3 (fixing stagefright), it does not update. I can download the update fully and my phone restarts but when it is installing the update fails at 28%. I have wiped my cache and booted into safe mode but it still fails.

Weird audio issues after latest T-Mobile update.

I have a bone stock, unrooted Nexus 6 on T-Mobile.
Android version: 5.1.1
Build number: LYZ28J

After the most recent update, I can no longer hear media through the speakers. Notifications come through fine, calls work just fine, etc.. But I can only hear Youtube videos, Google Play Music, or inline videos on Facebook through headphones or over Bluetooth.

I have repeatedly checked the volume, turned Bluetooth on and off, made sure that my MOTO 360 was turned off and disconnected, and today I did a factory reset. All to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas? Should I root and flash the previous version before the security updates?

Anybody having these issues on latest update?

On the latest update things are pretty good, almost everything is improved.

But very randomly my system will crash and then briefly shows what I was doing before loading into the lock screen, and it will also not keep my wallpaper. Every time I reboot its back to stock wallpaper.

Otherwise the phone is much better and smoother.

Any ideas?

Seems to glitch the most when I'm using hangouts or I receive a hangouts notification.

Are the latest CM12.1 builds stable enough for regular use?

Hello guys, i am using Stock android 5.0.1 on my Xt1033 . It'd be great if someone can let me if the CM nightlies are good enough for regular use ? Are there any known bugs? Does the ROM works perfect with the second sim?

Bluetooth issues after latest update?

Never had bluetooth issues in the past, now when paired with my car, the recipient of the phone call complains of hearing nothing for like 5 seconds at a time. I have deleted/repaired the device with no luck, still happens.

Anyone else seeing the same thing? Thoughts?

Unknown error code during application install "-505" on latest version of ZE551ML

When I try to install Modern Combat 5 it gives me this error. I googled it. Google says that Android 5.0 doesn't compatible with Adobe Air. This is a bug which is fixed in 5.0.2. But there are people who have Mc5 installed on their Zf2.

Does anyone know what's the latest and simplest method to unroot the device so OTA updates can be downloaded? If odining back to stock firmware can be avoided that'd be great. I'm trying to get rid of some annoying issues on my current build. Thanks.

Trying to root with Kingroot after latest update 5.1.1

updated to get RMA ( confirmed Y01) battery. tried rooting it using kingsroot v4 .5.0.722 ( read somewhere that it works). Launched apk on tablet it said to try rooting it did so restarted and froze on logo screen. Turned off and on again still stuck. Turned off and now it won't turn on, Have to wait 20 minutes then it optimizes my apps. I have windows 10 when I try to connect I get the sound that it's connected but it doesn't show up on my PC. It gets to 20% when it shutdown and then it just hangs on the Nvidia logo. Once I get it to Kingsroot it said root failed and asks to try again.

HELP. Low volume bug in latest CM11

Yet, can someone tell me how to fix this low volume bug? Sometimes, after not using the phone a while, the volume of ringtones, messages, media, notifications and alarms(all volumes) DOESN'T WORK AT 100%. I have to manually set it to 100% every time.

Can M8 be rooted on latest update?

Seems like my phone has been sporadic with signal lately. Seems my phone just straight up gets no 4g sometimes. I was thinking about sending it back in to VZW in exchange for a refurb. If I got a refurb from them would I be able to root again? Also I seen a post someone said that after many flashes and such a certain partition gets messed up and can cause signal problems. They said to go back to stock and then do a factory reset and then reroot. Would that help my issue you think?
