What and how do I uninstall unwanted apps?

I just bought a Galaxy Tab S and I was wondering if there is any way to remove some of the non-essential apps. My RAM is at 1.87 out of 2.7, and I want to free up as much as I can. I don't really know what apps I need for the tablet to run, but all I will be doing on it is watching and streaming movies and streaming my PC games via Gamestream. Which actually brings me to another question: Can I use my Dualshock 4 controller with Moonlight Game Streaming or do I have to purchase an OTG adapter?

How to uninstall TWRP? I did the uninstall process by flashing SAMMOBILE rom by ODIN. All the things has been as previous and root has also gone. But my device type, product name showing zeroflte & zerofltexx. How to remove everyting connected with TWRP and root? I did cache removal from recovery and factory reset but no result. Please help!

Phone reboots when I try to uninstall an Application

Hello, today I've received my Zenfone 2 wich came with 32GB ROM and 4 GB RAM. I got it from a Chinese website, and suprisenly it comes with Google Apps installed. Even if you make a factory reset. Even the build number says WW. But in the website they say it is a CN version. I think they have flashed it or something!
Anyway, when I installed few apps, and tried to uninstall some of them, my phone kept rebooting. This problem occures when I try to disable an app as well.

hi i have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy s3 mini
well i install the app called System App Uninstaller ( Which can uninstall all the programs softwares app )
but unfortunately i Uninstall Some Most Important SOftwares And programs of Device
now i got the error
com.android.phone
and
com.android.mms ( when i try to msg some one )

keyboad also not appearing so i can't type

google app services googe play

is there any software or any app that can recover Device APP ?
im unable to get back them need your help

Is it safe to uninstall bloatware or should I just freeze them?

I usually like to uninstall bloat, but I've seen some people get stuck in boot loops if they've uninstalled bloat and use an OTA update, but has this happened for everyone? Or should I just freeze the apps? I like to uninstall them to free up space, but as far as I know freezing them doesn't free up memory, does it?
