Real wood slickwraps with the curved back???

Hey there XDA freinds. I'm REALLY wanting to get the Bamboo Slickwrap for my white Note 5, but from my experience with putting the bamboo skin on the Nexus 6, the real wood does not play well with curves. I ended up getting it on the curved back of the N6 good with a hair dryer. Got the sides heated up and extra sticky and it held down pretty good. Just wondering if anybody has tried on the Note 5 yet. Its mostly flat, but the edges are curved so much that I fear it will be impossible to get the real wood skins on without breaking them or having them pop up.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Galaxy A3 Battery Problem (Answers please.. REAL QUICK!!!)

Hey.. I just bought a new galaxy a3 and after that i saw some battery problems:
1. When charging, instead of increasing, it decreases (ex. 30% becomes 24%)
2. Sometimes.. battery percentage is stuck at 42% for 12 hours.. nothing happens
3. Takes too much time to charge.. 12 hours from 0% to 42%

I tried:
1. Performing data reset
2. Restore by odin (from lollipop to kitkat.. but it made it worse)
3. Rebooting the system

Any help guys? I need this phone for school and communication purposes. Pls. Answer real quick.. TIA :)

Having a real hard time trying NOT to default APPS

Samsung has removed the option to use an app "just once" or " always" when there are more choice to run a program. .
Example: certain email links I would like to open with chrome instead of Internet.
Or: click to call defaults to phone all the time, but sometimes I have to use my viop app, Ringcentral.
Once an app has been selected it becomes default.
Any alternatives I can try?

Battery fake or real

I have good news. A user on Google+ has confirmed that he is making CM of the 306SH! So far the report is that the framework is crashing but it "boots"

Get real date

I need some code to get the real date.
Not like "Calendar Cal = Calendar.getInstance();" . This one will get only the current date from the device. User can change that easy.

is it at all possible to continue having GPS tracking even though phone is turned off? my phone was recently stolen in a robbery and the suspect turned off the phone and I was not able to use the Android device manager.

[APP] Battery Indicator for Aging Batteries- Real Battery

Hey All,

I recently had an issue with my S4 where the battery would die around 15% every time, so I decided to create a cheap but effective fix. I along with a buddy created an app called "Real Battery" that scales your battery level down to the percentage it dies at. My phone kept dying at 15% so I set the indicator to 15% and it scaled my battery level so that 15% is my new 0%. It lets you know more accurately when your phone is about to die, so that you won't be fooled when your phone says it has charge. This is the first application we have released, so, it would be awesome if you all could check it out and give us feedback.

Note 4 and Real Racing 3, low frame rate and some lags

I have a 910F (so snapdragon) Original Rom lollipop 5.0.1
I installed Real Racing 3, I expected a good quality and no lags... but unluckily there are a very annoying low frame rate.
What could be the problem?

If the problem is that default resolution is too high... there is some way to put a lower quality?

Hi guys, I want to share updated and modified version of RepeXpersiS rom for Xperia Sola.
It's working with STE CM11 Weekly 38 and 99. I followed this guide and just ported Framework and Lockscreen, other credits go to developers of rom.

Updated apps:
-Album 7.0.A.0.24
-Walkman 8.5.A.2.10
-Video 8.0.A.0.8

Installation:
-Install STE CM11 Weekly 38 or 99
-Boot it and reboot to TWRP
-Wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache
-Install zip and reboot

Stuck at Samsung Logo please help real panic situation

I was on DN 4 v2.1 on old bootloader which makes phone switch on when you put on charge
Now i downloaded this stock firmware http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/d...DDFNI1_INU/and installed it
but odin failed at hidden.img and phone soft bricked
so i extracted hidden.img and renamed it hidden.img.tar and flashed now phone switches on but stuck on samsung logo
am able to enter recovery and download mode
tried clearing cache and formatting nothing helped pleas help me here please am really going crazy
do i need to get a pit file or bootlader or something
recovery mode shows succesfully applied SEC ......
and download mode shows knox counter 0
