What’s the phone of the future like?

From cellular phone to touch screen mobile phone, cell phone has increasingly become an indispensable part of our life. And it seems that everything is possible under the guidance of technology. Recently ZUK’s transparent smartphone makes the bold forecast to the future of mobile phone industry. If the screens of the phone become transparent, what’s the effect on phone manufacturing sector and maintenance industry? And will the phone spare parts become transparent too?

What's happened to 5.1.1 update

Is it because when we get it our battery problems will be solved and battery life will beat note 5... Strange that full price unlocked phones still no updates but usa carriers have. Disgraceful really... One thing I really like about the iPhone upgrades are fast and for every model with support for older models at least 2 or three years

What's a general way to install recovery on a Z3?

I just upgraded to 5.1.1 and lost recovery, but I have an unlocked bootloader. I've looked for hours but can't find a guide for that version of the firmware. I'd like to install TWRP, but I'm not sure if it's kernel-dependent.

Does anyone know which version of TWRP I can install on my phone? Do I need a different version for each kernel, or can I keep using the same one? Where can I find it?

What's Wrong With My Battery?

Alright, i've had my HTC One since 2013, but I burned the charge port late 2014. Phone wouldn't charge anymore, so I got a new phone. I eventually came back to my HTC One, bought a new charge port, and replaced it. Great! It kind of charges? It shows the battery filling up for a few seconds, the red light is on, and then it just shuts off. 10 seconds later, it comes back on, it seems like it charges for a couple seconds and then stops, removing the ability to charge my phone. Also, if I turn my phone on, it only has a couple percent of battery, and doesn't charge while on. I can only assume it's my battery, but maybe there is a simpler answer? I assumed replacing the charge port would fix it. The charger I use works on my other phone fine, so it's 100 percent the phone. I've tried the proximity sensor light crap, the battery recalibrate stuff, and i'm stuck. It seems no one else on the internet has my specific problem.

Hi i'm from italy...i have a problem with this alcatel idol 3...
I dont have the notify counter or badge on my facebook link and the same for whats app..
when someone out a like or something else on my facebook profile i don.t have the red number on the F on my hame page...
the same for whats app...
i know that it depend from the launcher of alcatel..but how can i resolve this little problem??
i've tried to change launcher but every time that i restar my phone the launcher go back to the alcatel one...
can someone axplain me what can i do...i prefer not to change launcher...

What's the name of the bootanimation.zips for the cx176?

I recently learned of how to make a bootanimation and deleted the old bootanimation.zips but now I just get the vanilla classic Android load despite having bootanimation.zip in the correct directory. I'm assuming I need to have it renamed to the original bootloader, it was bootanimationforeset something. The directory is system/media. Apologies for such a basic question.

Also does Xposed softbrick the cx176 on the first reboot after installation?

What's a good grocery shopping app.

I'm looking for a grocery app that I could scan all the items in that I buy and that I could also take some items from the list and email them to someone.

[Q] s5 4.4.2 NG3 - Whats my update + root options?

Hi all,

Just went back to my previous s5 phone, rooted with towelroot awhile back. It is currently sitting on 4.4.2, NG3 baseband. I searched around but everyone seems to be on the OF versions now.

I'm wondering what my options are to be on the most up to date version and keep root?

but i was failed to root my phone ended up bricking my phone i think because it stuck at samsung galaxy s5 logo and at the top it says:

SET WARRANTY BIT: recovery

now i want to install SAMASUNG stock firmware but i dont know which one to install as i dont know how to get my PDA number :( because i cant go to my settings :(
