I've got hboot 1.57, 4.4.4., and the latest CM11 nightly. Unlocked bootloader, S-ON. I'm trying to flash the RUU_M7_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_Cingular_US_7.23.502.1_Ra dio_4M.32.3218.06_10.46.1718.01L_release_424933_si gned_2 rom update from the HTC website. I keep getting an error 155 that it isn't the right rom image for my phone. I'm assuming I need to relock my bootloader for the update to take? Do I need to go back to full stock? I've googled a ton and cannot find an easy way to relock my bootloader. I'm not sure if it matters, but I no longer have the stock HTC usb cable so i'm using one that came with a dell windows tablet. Thanks for any help.

Is there any CM11 UBL kernel without the flickering screen issue?
Hello.. Since CM12.1 has been officially released for XSP.. And since they solved the flickering screen problem by building the kernel on 207 sources.. Can someone help us by building a working cm11 kernel based on 207 so we can use CM11 UBL ROMs without a problem.. Thanks in advance

Will CM11 final build come to XSP?
We know XSP was moved to CM12.1 a short time ago, but what I want to know is if XSP will receive the final CM11 when rolls out.

HELP. Low volume bug in latest CM11
Wonderful ROM!
[ROM][4.4.4] CyanogenMod 11 - 30/07/2015 [STABLE][FINAL] by ChronoMonochrome
Yet, can someone tell me how to fix this low volume bug? Sometimes, after not using the phone a while, the volume of ringtones, messages, media, notifications and alarms(all volumes) DOESN'T WORK AT 100%. I have to manually set it to 100% every time.

Perfectly Lollipop themed CM11
I used the LolliKat ROM + Xposed mods to theme Cyanogenmod 11 to look like Cyanogenmod 12 (This is not a ROM) :)
Screenshots:

Features:
Full Material theme
Color changing status bar
Lollipop ripple effect when clicking buttons
Lollipop animations
Lollipop notifications
Lollipop notification center
Lollipop easter egg / Lollipop land game
Etc, everything Lollipop related
Apps/ROMs/Mods I used
LolliKat ROM
Lollipop notification center
Xposed modules:
Tinted Status Bar (for colored status bar in apps)
MonsterUI (themes entire device to Material Design, needs some tweaking to look like Lollipop. The screenshot of the settings app is actually using the stock CM11 settings app, only themed with MonsterUI)
Xstana (to change status bar icons to look like Lollipop)
If you're a ROM developer, you can create ROM on the base of this, it will be the most Lollipop-looking rom to the Galaxy Y yet :)

Stagefright fixes for CM11 / Samsung I9300
I can't find any sources if this gets fixed. The latest nightly is from June.
Has anyone more informations to share?
What are my options if this doesn't get fixed? The S3 is still good enough for me.:D

CM11 upgrade problems (CM11 download links are dead)
Hello :)
Maybe I will start from begining, I am the happy owner of SGS2 GT-9100 (I very like this phone, I had no problems with it). Once I installed cyanogenmod 11 without any problems, but after the stagefright hole in almost every Android distro I was trying to go for a fix and install the newest CM12.1 (cm-12.1-20150807-NIGHTLY-i9100.zip). Everything would be perfect except few bugs (I could not do a factory reset on example). By trying to go back to CM11 I have found a lot of problems, like:
- 404 error on official CM11 download page for GT-9100, I don't know why they have cleaned CM11 releases from FTP download; I need a little help there, because CM12.1 is not working as intended (File Manager have a big problems with reading internal and external disks :( )
Edit: Oh I think I was looking for bad links, the nightly editions seems to be removed day by day, but the snapshots are still possible to download. I will tell if this will work :)
- CWMR installation (I could not do this with the .zip format so I managed to work with Odin which was hard, I had to download CWMR from not really trusted source because official download links are not in .tar or .img format). Now my stock firmware (yes, I went back to stock for a while) won't boot and I have to find yet another solution to upgrade my phone
At now everything I have is a CWMR actually, but I don't have any CM11 zip copy :~( I have been looking for nighties instad of snapshots :)
I will tell if my problems will go away :)

The phone works great, but I have no mobile data 😭. I reloaded the ROM and still nothing. I had mobile data with the stock room. APN settings? Not sure what to do. Thanks

Tips/tweaks for new CM11 install on HD+?
Hi everyone, I'm coming back to my Nook HD+ after a while. I followed razholio's recommendation: "I'd recommend M12 snapshot of cm11" with PA's micro GAPPS. Thanks to all involved, BTW.
I was wondering if anyone is using any tweak to this build - I read something about a touchscreen sensitivity issue, others talk about ARP... Something to recommend or should I just stick to the standard install? I would venture into 12.1 but I need this one to be rock solid.
Thanks!
