Current L ROM with Viper audio

I tried getting Viper audio working today and pretty much hosed my Google Music. I have been running ressurection ROM for a while now which uses AudioFX and I grew tired of the lack of audio options. Also every time I reboot or even just randomly during the day my network drops and I have to choose another APN (although it never actually changes it just prompts the LTE to reconnect) which is super annoying.

So I read up on it flashed some IPS changed some settings and now Google won't play music which is my primary music player.

Any chance you guys can tell me which lolli based ROMs (without the LG skin) either are cooked with or have worked with Viper & Google music?

Audio programs just stop

I moved to the G4 from the Note 3. I am experiencing something that has never happened on the Note 3. I listen to a ton of audio programs. Some are downloaded podcast that I listen to on PocketCast, others are streaming live radio on TuneIn Radio. It has even happened listening to live baseball games on MLB AtBat.
The problem is that for no reason at all the audio will just pause at random times and I have to turn on the screen and open the app (or the pull down screen) and un-pause it.
I haven't seen any complaints from others so I doubt it is a G4 specific problem, but has anyone else experienced this?

Weird audio issues after latest T-Mobile update.

I have a bone stock, unrooted Nexus 6 on T-Mobile.
Android version: 5.1.1
Build number: LYZ28J

After the most recent update, I can no longer hear media through the speakers. Notifications come through fine, calls work just fine, etc.. But I can only hear Youtube videos, Google Play Music, or inline videos on Facebook through headphones or over Bluetooth.

I have repeatedly checked the volume, turned Bluetooth on and off, made sure that my MOTO 360 was turned off and disconnected, and today I did a factory reset. All to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas? Should I root and flash the previous version before the security updates?

Audio problems while video playback

When I listen to a video, for example breaking bad, the music in the begining is played mostly (75%)played through my right ear. I tried both sw and hw, I also tried dld a new custom codec but nothing "centered" the music. What's wrong?

Audio streaming issues.

My Bluetooth audio skips like a scratched disc. Its mostly when I'm using audible but also does it on podcasts. I've changed ROMs and it does it no matter what.

AOSP Based ROM with great audio recording quality ??

Hi there...

I would like to use some AOSP based ROM on my LG G3 D855, but I've already tested many, and all of them have a poor audio recording quality.

On the video recording, the audio is pretty acceptable, but if you try to record any music playing at a high volume with some bass (on shows / parties), you will get a distorted and clipped audio.

When recording audio through WhatsApp (or any other audio recording app) the situation is even worst, even voice-only recordings have a really bad quality and noise.

With Stock-based ROMs, none of this problem happens, I can record songs with high volume even when using Whatsapp and it doesnt sound creepy.

So, is there any ROM with a audio comparable to the official-based ROMs?

How to install Viper FX audio on Huawei Ascend Mate 2

I'd really like to install Viper FX Audio, that's my latest struggling. I've tried, busy box Stephen (Stericson), busy box on rails, and tried converting it into system app.
But every time it says install busy box. Am on rooted 4.3 Please help.

Also, if there is any thing better then Viper Audio please mention steps here.

Either I can try downgrading back to 4.4.4 or lower where it worked flawlessly or is there any fixes that are out there that I am not aware of?

Car Audio Bluetooth metadata

So up until I did the original 5.0 OTA update, I have metadata on my Civic 2012 coupes display. After the update, no information is displayed. I've heard there's an issue with bluetooth backwards compatibility in vehicles, but since it's just a software update that caused this, and not a hardware update, is there any way to fix this?

Audio Randomly Pauses

Good morning,

I have had a horrible time attempting to figure out why audio randomly pauses. Here is some information that might help you help me.

Carrier: Verizon

Model:SM-G920V

Rooted/ROM: Yes (CleanRom 1.5 OE2)

Apps that pause: ALL

Description: No matter what app or if my phone is plugged in or if my screen is on/off my audio will pause randomly. This can be YouTube, Google Play Music, PocketCasts, you name it. It happens with streamed and cached music all the same. It's driving me so nuts, I've got to figure this out.

No audio after MCU update - Capacitive Android Headunit

Capacitive SC GPS Navi Android 4.4 2

I was recommended by the vendor to do a system update to 4.4.4 and to update the MCU aswell. He provided the files. After I updated the MCU I immediately lost all audio. I cannot hear music, cannot hear GPS, cannot hear DVD's. Adjusting volume does nothing. I disconnected the head unit from power to reset it but did not help. I then performed a factory reset and to my surprise this also did not help.

What happened and how can I fix?

Strange Audio Issues on Nexus 6 (T-Mobile)

I've been having audio problems on my Nexus 6 for the last few weeks after attempting to Root my phone. I've since unrooted my phone and performed a factory reset and I'm still having these audio issues. I'm starting to think this may be an audio issue.

1) When I receive a phone call or when the alarm on my phone goes off, the volume is very low. Raising or lowering the volume doesn't help
2) When I try to accept a call, I can't hear anything, but the person can hear me.
3) When I try to place a call, I can't hear anything, but the person can hear me.
4) When I'm in a call and I put my phone on speaker, I can't hear anything, but the person can hear me. Right now the only way I can hear anything while in a call is when I'm using headphones.
5) The audio volume goes up and down sporadically when listening to music, watching videos, or using an app that has audio. When I'm using an app, eventually the audio volume will drop by half. To fix this, I have to switch to an app that has landscape mode and put the phone into landscape mode. Eventually though the sound volume goes back to being very low and I have to put it back into landscape mode for the volume to go back to normal levels.

Any help would be appreciated.

Audio / Media / Chat sound in bluetooth very low

does anyone experience a very low quality sound while watching videos on the net, chatting on samsung galaxy s6 edge.

i have tried multiple headset like phottix, beats, samsung level u, and even wired headset. still the sound output is very low.

but on music, its ok. only during watching net videos and chatting.

G900h no audio through aux cable

Hello everyone. I am trying to find the fix for audio not playing when hooked to stereo via aux cable. It works fine when headphones are attached but not with aux cable through stereo. I have tried 5 different cables on 3 different stereos and still nothing working. It is showing music playing through the app but no sound. I have also trued many different music apps and none of them work. It has not worked with factory settings, root and xtrestolite with aroma package, or anything else. Did multiple factory resets and still nothing. Please respond if anyone has a fix for this issue. Thanks in advance.

Video stops but audio still plays...s4

I have an s4 running a Google edition custom rom. It's 5.0.1 and has been just fine since I installed the from for maybe almost 2 months now. Recently it has developed a video problem where the video stops about a minute in but the audio still plays. This happens on the local player and streaming apps too. I have searched the web for answers and it seems many ppl have this issue and is not limited to s4 models. The only way to resolve it is a full wipe, but after a few days the problem comes back. Has anyone heard of this and what I can possibly do to stop it. I have tried clearing caches in all settings and gradually uninstalling recent apps but just can't get to the bottom of it. It's sooooooo annoying

Lg g4 new firmware h81510dpre rooted+greenify+viper audio makes my lgg4 awesome......

Best firmware so far no issues at all....pretty decent battery life....
