Nexus Player Internet Browser - Can you hide the address bar

Hi,
I've downloaded the Browser for Nexus Player, but the address bar is always shown. Does anyone know a way I can view the internet without having the address bar shown?

Does the LG G4 H811 come with a dedicated stock video player? I noticed that there is a video player in the apps manager and qslides. So if there is one, you only open it when you have a video file?

Problem with Mx Player (x86)

Hi there, Are there any apps that can be remote controlled by another android device to play music? As an example: I have two devices, a remote and a player and I want to queue up music on the player device using the remote device.

MP3 player (hfp bluetooth support

So here's the thing. When i'm on the road with my scooter atm i can't listen to any music. Currently using default Play Music app but that doesn't support the bluetooth profile HFP (Hands Free Profile). So i'm looking for an mp3 music player that does (pref adfree free, paid can work too) but it MUST support the HFP profile for my helmet bluetooth scala rider. It's an older model that doesn't support A2DP.

Posting this here cause i've got no clue what to use, if such a thing exists at all.

A bonus would be that navigation instructions (navigon europe over HFP) still come through.

Not asking for what's best etc, just curious if such a thing exists. I'll make my own choice afterwards. Free (no ads) if possible, paid is an option too.

Nubia Music Player

The ZTE Nubia music player is fully compatible with our Axon's. I have always like this player primarily because it gives an on screen volume slider (just swipe up/down within a song context). Plus it gives some cool menu animations and gives a folder view of your library.

Videos have stopped opening in MX player

Hello,

I have used MX player for a long time as my default to open and watch videos found on line for my Samsung Galaxy S4. Suddenly any video I try to watch is not opening in MX player even though it was still listed as my default. I have seen times in the past where the phone prompts me to choose a player before playing a video and give me the option of once again naming MX as my default but now the video will play without using MX player or giving me the option to choose it. And of course I hate whatever player it is using (no pinch to zoom, etc.) I tried uninstalling MX and reinstalling from the play store but that didn't do it.

Could a setting have been changed somewhere or something blocking the player from opening?

I also have an android tablet I can't get to play videos in MX player but I could always get my phone to work. Just click the video on line and it opened in MX.

Windows 10 mobile Media Player

Does anyone know if you can add codecs to the default media player on widows 10 build 10166 mobile. Currently it cant even play avi files far less for mkv. Also is anyone here a dev, I would really like to make a request for an app, willing to pay...

Know of any ways to use an Xbox One controller on the Nexus Player?

I currently have my Nexus Player rooted with LolliRock on and I've gotten the PS4 controller to work with Sixaxis. However, I don't actually like the feel of the PlayStations controllers as much as I do Xbox One. I've looked into it and found out that the only app that will read an Xbox One controller is USB/BT Joystick, though it's not in the playstore anymore and the apks I've found crashed when opened or just wasn't the real file. Is there another way or another app that can read Xbox One?

Adding AC3 support to stock video player / Allshare video streaming

Anyone had any luck adding support for AC3/DTS audio codecs to stock video player? I've tried methods in this thread, designed for 32-bit devices running KitKat, http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...-4-tw-t2964732, but it didn't do anything on my Galaxy S6 Edge.

Dice Player, MX Player of course have the necessary support for these codecs. But when it comes to streaming videos to TV via an Allshare Cast Wireless Hub, only the stock video player is able to play directly to TV "DLNA style", rather than just mirror screen. And that results in considerably smoother playback..

What's your best combination of software/hardware for streaming videos from your phone to TV?

Google Chromecast or nexus player?

Looking to get one or the other but unsure if i want to pay the difference. What I would be using it for would be too stream movies from Google play, vudu, netflix ,hulu and movies I have obtained that are stored on my nexus 6 Watch youtube and stream apps. I would want to connect it directly to my surround sound system HDMI port. So it the nexus played worth the extra .

Simple player with crossfade

I searched into the forum but i didn't found a solution.
I'm searching a free mp3 player with these features:
1. It plays entire folder or entire playlist with shuffle order or name order.
2. It does automix using a simple crossfade, manual or automatic.
I'm trying Party Mixer and this seems ok.
Do you know other apps?

Trouble with Android M install on Google Nexus Player

I just loaded Android M onto my Google Nexus Player so I can watch L my HD Homerun cable more reliably. Now I am getting intermittent screen flashes rendering it basically unusable. Any ideas of what might be happening?

Error while downloading MX Player

Hello. I am having trouble downloading MX Player or MX Player Pro from the Play Store.

I get error -504. Now I have bought the pro version but I still get the error. I have used it for years. I have looked up error -504 and this is what I have done.

I pirated MX Player Pro (even though I own it in the playstore). It either fails to install, or fails to run (force close).
I cleared data/cache on the Play Store App, and Google Play Services (or whatever it is called. I followed the how to fix post with all the play store errors post on xda).
and I removed my gmail accounts, then rebooted, relogged into my main one (the acct that owns MX Player Pro), tried installing. Fail.
So I wiped my phone re-flashed adren 2.0 and logged in. Still fails to download from playstore or my pirated/downloaded MX Player (from their site). Failure
I Contacted MX Player Pro's dev and he said its a playstore issue. Yet somehow it won't work.
I just wiped again and I installed CM12.1 Candyrom. I am going to try using CM to see if it will install.

I have an idea of what happened. I think I might have been in the middle of installing MX Player Pro when I rebooted and now somehow it won't install to my account. So while I am using CM12.1 I will log into my secondary account and install the non pro version

After I flashed CM12.1 Candyrom (VZW beta), I logged into my main account and installed MX Player Pro just fine. Loaded Just Fine, and played a video just fine. Something else I noticed when using CM 12.1 was that when I told it to power off, it powered off correctly (instead of the black screen with blue HTC screen bug).

Anyone have ideas about why it is this way? I am about to restore my backup and try installing it again!

Does the nexus player still have issues?

I held off on getting one a while back due to the reports that it had issues streaming content and that even the chromecast was better.

I picked up an nvidia shield android tv which has been absolutely flawless at streaming via apps on the system or casting to it. However I would like to get a nexus player for a family member since its cheaper.

Does it still have the issues from the past or have software updates resolved this?
