Dead Oppo Find 5?

I have an Oppo find 5
I broke my screen and i had to change it
after it has been done the phone wouldn't start
it showed "touchscreen firmware blah blah"
so i tried to rescue my phone using fastboot
As i remember, i didn't enable usb debugging and the phone is not rooted
i tried flashing cwm and twrp recoveries but it's not working
when i push vol down and power buttons, the oppo logo appears and after a while it goes to recovery mod but only for a few seconds
then it reboots
what should i do
by the way there is no OS on the sd
