Touch problem after update via pc!

i just updated my lg g2 using lg user support tool
i had bought the phone two months back from ebay using my savings
now the touch isnt working after since the lollipop boot
please help huys
i dont know what to do
the seller said it was new D802
the sticker and the box is also of d802
help please!!!!!!
