No notifications and "Unfortunately Zenwatch manager has stopped"

After a phone reboot this morning I was unable to reconnect my Galaxy S4 (running Lollipop) to my Zenwatch. I tried rebooting both the watch and the phone but no luck, so eventually had to factory reset the watch. Now the Android Wear app says it's connected to the watch (I can check the battery level of the watch), but notifications aren't working. When I use the "Try out watch notifications" option in the Android Wear app I get nothing on the watch.

I also find that when I try to select certain watch faces (e.g. Explorer) it fails with a message which says "Unfortunately Zenwatch manager has stopped". I've uninstalled and re-installed the Zenwatch Manager app, but during the installation process it created a notification saying "Android Wear seems to have a problem in pushi..." (that's all I can see of the message). After rebooting the phone and launching the Zenwatch Manager app again it now tells me that Android Wear is still pushing the Zenwatch Manager config to the watch (some 30 minutes after I re-installed Zenwatch Manager on the phone).

All in all it's a bit of a bloody mess. Can anyone suggest a clean start procedure that will get me back up and running?

Bricked Lumia 925 - Phone doesn't show up in Device Manager

Hi everyone,
I bricked my phone yesterday, while installing the WP 10 Preview.
It first showed up as QHSUSB_DLOAD (after red screen and stuff) while trying to recover it with WPRT 2.1.1, but now, after ejecting the device, it is not detected at all when I connect it to my laptop (running Windows 10).
The phone is fully charged (left it charging the whole night) and I don't really know what to do next.
Any ideas?

I think that works in any custom rom with Lollipop in rom stock might work erasing their odex folder of each file, but did not do the test

Google device manager (URGENT)

Hi, I've lost my Nexus 5 in a taxi, now It's off, gps is off and data is off, I just want to know, If someone finds my phone, and restore it to stock, can I still see my phone in device manager for a period of time ? If someone delete my google account from the phone I won't see it again in device manager ? Thanks !

Abnormal battery usage - Smart Manager Galaxy S6

Hello,

Let me start to point out that I know that Smart Manager is not such a useful tool on most cases, but heck I like it and from time to time I click the "clean all" button on the widget it comes with just to have somehow "clean" system.
Now one thing that bugs me is that for some reason after I clean the system I get a message like the screenshot below stating that some app is eating away my batter faster then it should. Well in my case is PowerAmp with ~2% battery in half an hour. NowI would say it's fine, but heck Smart Manager keeps bugging me with this all day even if I used PowerAmp for half an hour while traveling to work in the morning.

Ok so what I want to ask, is how the heck I get rid of this message without uninstalling the app as Smart Manager recommends (heck won't do that, rather live with it).

Auto-lock feature taken away with latest gear manager update!

Are you one of the Gear owners who loved the "Auto-Lock" feature in the Gear Manager settings that enabled your connected phone to be unlocked when your watch was near it and then locked if it was too far away? Well Samsung has decided to take that awesome feature away with it's latest Gear Manager OS update. It's bad enough that I feel unsupported due to the lack of apps Tizen has (doesn't have) and now they're starting to take away features from their wearables? AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO IS PISSED ABOUT THIS?!

Chuwi V10HD Boot Manager Obstacle

Chuwi V10HD 3G - The micro USB OTG port stopped working - charging works, but neither the Android or Windows OS recognize any USB devices plugged in to OTG. Have been emailing back and forth with GeekBuying.com post-sales support (seller) for several weeks now. They have been responsive and helpful, but I've still hit a wall.

They want me to flash the Chuwi with the latest firmware, suggesting that the OTG driver may be hosed. But, at some point you encounter the boot screen, and I need to move the highlight over "Boot Manager" icon and launch Boot Manager.

But I can't plug in a keyboard or mouse because OTG won't work. And no OS has booted - so touch screen doesn't work. And this micro USB port is the only USB port on the V10HD.

Support wants me to find someone who is comfortable with the flashing process - but how would that person launch Boot Manager without a keyboard or mouse?

I've heard that more recent Intel CPUs have a capability to let a remote PC stay connected during the entire boot process - but I don't think that works for these Broadwell CPUs. Is there any software I can install that would let me control this process remotely?

Can anyone help?

File manager with smart folders ( filter )

I backup my photo from SD to external HDD, I connect my HDD to tablet with OTG cable
in photo folders i have RAW + JPG and it king to get difficult to view only JPG
any file manager allow to create a smart folder that filters single folder ( and subfolder ) contents?
I'm on samsung tab S but samsung file browser doesn't seem to allow this
I also tried FX file manager that is pretty cool, with spit view, but i can't find a way to do that

I guess is not possible with IFTTT to copy all JPG to a new folder

Download manager says permission denied.

Hi guys, so i downloaded several download managers to pause and resume downloads yet all of them give the same error saying that the file is not found and permission is denied. And whatsapp does not seems to download images/voice which i guess comes from the same issue. This is all after a factory reset. I have an i9500 running 4.4.2 and this is all coming after a factory reset.

How can I switch the ROMs with CWM ROM Manager

I installed CWM ROM Manager and installed the Cyanogen mod through it.

Still, while booting I don't have any prompt to choose the ROM and the device boots into Cyanogen. Is there any way to boot into my stock ROM without flashing it back?

Best kernal manager and voltage?

I recently just discovered the basics of kernals. However what info I could find was a little outdated. I heard that using tasker you can set it underclock when the screen is off, and improve battery life. Can this be done on our phones? Also what's the minimum, and maximum voltage to safely use? As I read to little can cause the phone not to power on, and to much I assume could cause it to overheat. Finally what kernal tweakers do you prefer?

Roms: Multirom Blisspop is primary. Skydragon second both on internal memory.

Kernal: 3.4.108-AOSP-777-Kernal for blisspop.

I think I'm running the SD Kernal on Skydragon not sure as bliss is the main rom I'm using.

Instructions:
Use the RGB sliders to change the color of the sun. Match the color of the sun with the sea before it dips below the horizon. A bad match will fill the bar. A good match will earn you a star that can be used to reduce the bar. A very good match will earn you a clock that can be used to freeze time for a few sec. See how many sunsets you can survive without completely filling the bar. (there's a leaderboard for it) That's pretty much it!

Give it a go if you like weird new games. It would be extremely cool if you would like to try it and send us your comments! :cool:

App Manager Only Shows Partial App Size

I installed games that require further download after installation, and I have the same games on my phone which is Galaxy S4 with 4.4.2 Kitkat. I went to the application manager to move my games to my SD card but it only showed 80.5 MB which is incorrect because I have the same game on my phone and it showed 1.04GB. I tried to move the game to my SD card and it moved about 40 MB but on my phone I was able to move 0.88 GB to my SD card. Is this a bug in Lolipop or is my galaxy tab s working as intended?

I am not able to enter in recovery mode after a mistaken deletion from partitions /dev/block/mmcblk0p25 and /dev/block/mmcblk0p26 which I belive in Optimus G is persist (since I lost my wifi and network signal) and tombstones partitions. Neither my sdcard mount.
I already tried to restore through odin , lg software tool but it does not recognize my phone when I connect on PC even thought all usb drivers installed and I am able to acess adb tools and shell recognizing my device when I plug into pc. Now I am stuck on a system without recovery mode, internet, sdcard, signal and when I try to flash a new ROM or recovery with adb it does not recognize the recovery partition and when I tried to create the persist partition it says that the device (/dev/block/mmcblk0p25) does not exist. Does anybody knows if I am able to mount recovery again or how to solve this? Any guesses?
