Ultra power saving mode different text app??

Is it possible to use a different text app in ultra power saving mode, I'm running alliance custom rom and I use textra as my text app, I have disabled the default samsung messages app so if I use ups mode I have no text

Different notification behaviour after firmware update

My watch downloaded and updated its firmware, and now my notifications don't automatically wake the watch screen when they arrive (I just get the buzzing). Anyone know if there's a way of getting notifications to pop up automatically (and turn on the display) - which is what they were doing before?

Unlocked S5 for different carriers

I have T-Mobile and recently purchased an unlocked, brand new S5 that is AT&T branded - the box, case say ATT and it has some ATT apps on it. It appears to work fine on T-Mobile. However, would it be better to purchase T-Mobile specific version and return AT&T one? The price is about the same.

When I had the one m7 you could flash different radio versions

I was wondering if you could do the same for the m9. Currently I have a sim unlocked t-mobile m9 while using AT&T and I cannot get LTE to work properly. I was wondering if they were different radio versions I could try to see if an older or newer radio can fix this.

HELP testing a kernel from a different rom

I would like to test kernel from UK Blade A430 SD card upgrading instruction & software package(Micro-P)-275342B0237DIS_EUR_QB18S_P632A10V1.0.2 on my Italian TIM branded ZTE Blade A430 to chech out if at least the kernel from the UK rom is ok on my phone.

I see that the update.zip has a boot.img in it but I was unable to boot that directly ... maybe I need to extract the kernel from it: how do I go about that ?

I have the S6 Edge SM-G925F on Vodafone UK, It is unlocked to any carrier and I am curently using an EE contract sim.
My question is, if I flash official EE firmware to my handset using odin will it trip knox?

TWRP thinks that I use a different phone

Hi I'm a noob to Root, Recovery, flash and everything but I'm technical noob.
I just want to install CM12.1 Nightly to my Xperia Z2 (Bought it on ebay)

The official rom with Lollipop was installed.
First step, Bootloader unlock, no problem, official unlock code from Sony, use Flashtool, done.
But second step, get root access was more difficult.
I tried a few tutorials but the problem was lollipop, as far as I understand.

Than I found this tutorial:

I'm not allowed to post urls.

With some small issues everything seem to be fine.
Check with RootVerify App, root granted.
Restart TWRP starts, great!

Install choose CM 12.1 zip.
Error: "This package is for device ... sirius (I know that's my phone!); this device is leo." WHAT? NO! It's not!

Can someone help me (Noob)??

Ive got G925V unlocked from Verizon and the question is : can I unlock it to work with other LTE Carriers?
The device works great with my network but seems he cant get to sign on LTE of my carrier.

Different photo size with external softwares

I have Galaxy S6 920F 64GB with ISOCELL Sensor and I've noticed that there is a difference with the photos size at different external camera software like open camera or camera fv-5
for example:
in camera fv-5 with 100% photo quality in the settings and 16mpx I took a picture in the same position and light
and also with the stock camera I do the same with 16mpx and auto mode like fv-5

in fv-5 the size of the phone is 10mb and in stock camera on 5mb

can someone check with his own galaxy if he gets the same results?
maybe in the stock camera the camera is set to shot at lower photo quality percent like 90% or 95%
can it be?

Hello, few day ago i've buy galaxy note n910F. Phone have broken isocell camera ( dust on sensor). I put different camera from n910C (sony sensor), and nowe there is "camera failed" whent try to turn on. I've put new firmware using ODIN 3.10, and still same error. Have no idea where to buy SAMSUNG isocell camera..

Maybe there is any solution? I think that there was no problem to put any note 4 camera...

[HELP][I9500] Different infinite looping!

Guys, I need your help, I'm brazillian and my S4 broke, sorry for the bad english, he have android 5.0.1, I was wearing normally and suddenly restarted, and the infinite loop start, but can not open the Recovery Mode, and in the Download Mode the smartphone restarts regardless of the option that I choose, he dont have a root or a personalized room, its has factory settings, the only thing that happened was strange when the battery is low on charge and I open the camera application sometimes causes a shutdown, there Odin method but the problem is that smarthphone does not enter into Download Mode for I make it, help me!
