Ultra power saving mode different text app??

Is it possible to use a different text app in ultra power saving mode, I'm running alliance custom rom and I use textra as my text app, I have disabled the default samsung messages app so if I use ups mode I have no text

Hello guys does anyobody know if the options in stamina mode are really working ? Especially the performance restriction mode gives me the same antutu score on and off

Moto G stuck at Fastboot screen, please help me power up the phone

My phone fell on the pavement today and it has caused the volume down button to become permanently pressed and the volume up button has stopped working. My phone switched off after a while and when I tried to turn it on, it opened in fastboot screen and since the volume up button is not working I have no way to select any of the options on this screen. I don't have a screwdriver to open the phone and reset the volume buttons, I will buy one tomorrow.

Is there a way to power up the phone from the fastboot screen without pressing the volume up button? Any help or leads would be appreciated. :)

Power throttling

Anyone have suggested routes to lower battery usage during use? I'm trending at 5 hours of screen time which is a little low for this phone standards. Thinking of something like setcpu or maybe a different kernel?

LG G3 D855 keeps crashing with no power cable

Hey guys,

About a month ago my LG g3 would randomly crash, i noticed it happened more on apps such as snapchat and the camera (default) but then started to happen when just on chrome and other random apps. in the last week this got a lot more frequent and started occurring at least 10 times a day, again mostly in camera apps but also on others.

Yesterday i tried fixing it by installing the newest android update - lollypop? I also uninstalled snapchat as it was crashing my phone constantly. Crashes were still occurring so i updated all my apps. After this my phone wouldn't even load, it would crash and then just loop in the LG logo bootup.

It did this for about an hour with no luck till i plugged it in to the wall. It then worked absolutely perfectly and has done since. But when i take it out of the wall it will crash within about 3 minutes of normal usage or about 10 seconds from opening the camera.

I then backed up my data and performed a factory reset. After this i am still experiencing the exact same problem. Fine when plugged into the wall but when its not plugged in it doesn't last 1 minute.

I have searched the internet and can find similar problems but no definitive fix, please could anyone advise? Thanks!!!

Power button dead. Any way i can still unlock bootloader and root nexus 5

My power button is completely dead. I can neither switch off or switch on phone nor can i out it to sleep widout third party app.

I need to unlock bootloader and root phone but all methods need a working power button.. Any way i can do this widout power button jus by using pc and command window ?

Please help.. Em a noob..

I know that they have poor tactile feedback but has anyone else noticed that the power button feels much 'looser' compared to the volume buttons? Or is it just mine?

Power button sometimes takes me to lock screen?

Sometimes when I press my power button, wanting to power off the display, I instead get the lock screen. Has anyone else noticed this?

Start position is just the home screen.

Need Asus Power Saver APK

For whatever reason the Power Saver app on my ZE551ME doesn't work and I am pretty sure it never has as far as me launching it. It has popped up twice after updates but when I have tried to launch it I get "Unfortunately, Power Saver has stopped."

If someone, anyone, can pull the APK or whatever files needed for it so I can try to get mine working I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Power Button Stuck, Will I be able to boot without it

My Nexus 5 power button recently started getting stuck and is now completely stuck down so it goes into boot loop,

My question is, if I remove the power button from the board completely will I still be able to boot it using ADB ?
Or if there is any other workarounds without sending it for repair please let me know.

Help Needed! Completely stock phone won't power on.

Today, my wife's completely stock, unrooted, OD2, Sprint Galaxy S4 phone stopped working. It was working earlier in the day (10 minutes prior), but when she went to check the time, the screen was black and it wouldn't respond. Tried holding power button, but nothing. Battery level was at 58%. I know this because I switched her battery with mine (85%). I discovered that after a battery pull, it will show the Samsung splash screen for 2 seconds and then nothing. After pulling the battery, I tried putting it into Download mode and the Download mode screen shows for 2 seconds and then goes black. Same thing with Recovery. I have tried to let it charge, but it doesn't show the charging screen or anything. Does anyone have any ideas on: 1) What might be causing this? 2) How to fix? 3) If permanently bricked, how to get first day of school photos that are stored on phone and not on card?

Anyone know anyway without root I can save battery substantially? Like an app or setting like xperias stamina?

I tried the most common things like deactivate wlan and certain apps. Places and such.

Seems like 4g sucks a lot! And as I understand in lollipop Google have prevented 3 party apps rights to mess with 4g data and data in general?

Not that keen on rooting my device as I according to the place I purchased it violate warranty

Automatically switch Power Saving Mode ON With Tasker

Hello everybody. For several days I use Tasker and I am very fascinated. I want to do when I use some network to set Power Saving Mode ON and after go out to switch OFF, but when I do that I get a window and I have to click on it. I want to automate that.

Volume up and power button issue

Hello! When I'm pressing volume up button nothing happens, but if i push it harder it sometimes works. Power button is strange because when i press it to turn on the screen it works perfectly, but when i want to turn the screen off just nothing happens. Is there any workaround for this? Changing roms doesn't help it, tried with venom, revolution hd, and insertcoin and this doesn't help :(
