Lumia 920 keeps restarting and not charging

Hi guys, before start my english is not so good but i tried to my best.

5 week ago my Lumia 920 is stoped working. I tried to power on and phone screen gived the low battery logo.
After see that, i take my charger cable and put it in socket. It start the charge but when is had enough charge for start and boot, it starting to keep restarting and restaring again.
I start to think what it cause this? Battery? USB socket? So I go to aliexpress and i buyed a new socket and battery and 2 week later they arrived and i replaced them.
After the replacement nothings changed.

What should i do guys? Please, i dont want to work properly. Just want to back up my datas and personal files. Please help me :crying:

Lumia 920 not responding, keeps making disconnect sound on pc

Hi all,

A while back i tried to update my Lumia 920 to the W10 preview, but it failed in the process. While trying to unbrick it with the tutorials here, something must've gone wrong, and the phone stopped responding at all. Now the only response I can get from it is when I plug it into any pc. I hear the usb connect sound, and after that every couple of seconds I get the usb disconnect sound.

Is anyone familiar with this situation and/or have a solution to get it to a responding state again?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Windows phone recovery tool 2.1.1 should fix your phone. try this: connect the phone with pc and hold power button, volume down and camera button about 120 seconds (two minutes) until you hear the windows PLUG IN device sound. Start windows phone recovery tools and if the phone is not recognized, press "my phone was not recognized" button. After that Windows Phone recovery tools (ver 2.1.0 or 2.1.1) should recognize the phone and recover. If this wont help, maybe in some next version of recovery tools will be fix for your situation.

Bricked Lumia 925 - Phone doesn't show up in Device Manager

Hi everyone,
I bricked my phone yesterday, while installing the WP 10 Preview.
It first showed up as QHSUSB_DLOAD (after red screen and stuff) while trying to recover it with WPRT 2.1.1, but now, after ejecting the device, it is not detected at all when I connect it to my laptop (running Windows 10).
The phone is fully charged (left it charging the whole night) and I don't really know what to do next.
Any ideas?

Lumia 920 display changes color

Hi!

I got an old Lumia 920 and it works fine, but there is one issue:

The display changes the colors when I change the angle I'll look on it. I think the display is not the original display.

What can I do? Is changing the display the only way to solve this issue, or is there any other way to solve the problem?

Hello! According to your website, in order to flash my Lumia 920 it is necessary to use the device product code to download its available software. Is it possible to use the phone product code in a different country to get the software available for that country?
In Other words, my device is AT&T unlocked (United States). Can I use the product code of the same device but in another country such as Egypt-the Middle east in order to download the software of that country (Egypt).
And if possible, does that make my phone unbranded?

Hey guys, the Lumia 530 was supposed to be working with the W10 preview, but people, and I, have been having issues with it. We can't install due to lack of free space, and when it downloads the update files to sd, it gives an error and does not update.

What should I do to be able to get to Win10 with my Lumia 530 Dual Sim?

!!IMPORTANT!!
After you done installed an apps. Do this: | or you get crash developer mode setting.
- Disconnect wconnect (cmd: wconnect disconnect emulator-5554)*
- Turn Off device discovery
*number of your emulator must match

#How to?

Download Project_Astoria.zip

1. Extract Project_Astoria.zip to a folder
2. Open the folder Windows Connect, then install IpOverUsbInstaller.msi and vcredist_x86.exe
3. Go to your Windows 10 Mobile’s Settings > Update & Security > For Developers and enable Developers Mode, as well as Device Discovery
4. Now go to the Windows Connect folder, then open an elevated command prompt (Shift + right click > Open command window here)
5. After that, you’ll need to connect to the phone — and there’s two way of doing that (Wi-Fi or USB | USB method is recommended):
- If you want to connect using USB, type on cmd:
wconnect usb
ENTER

- And if you want to connect over Wi-Fi, type on cmd:
wconnect [your IP]
ENTER
e.g: wconnect 192.168.123.123

6. Then it’ll ask for the pairing code, just type the pairing code and hit enter (see your pair code on phone at pair button)
7. After that, navigate to the adb folder and open an elevated command prompt
8. To make sure that your device is connected, type adb devices and press ENTER to show the list of devices that are connected
9. place the APK file that you want to install on the adb folder or somewhere you known, and type:
adb install APKNAME.apk (replace APKNAME with the APK file’s name)
ENTER

if your apk on your own folder, type the path. e.g:
adb install D:/MyAPK/APKNAME.APK
ENTER

Just wait it and if the app installation done will notice you : Success.

#Additional tools
Use GMAPS Patcher to remove any google service build-in on apk's
(some app may not work)

Boot loop (hard-reset loop) on lumia 820

Hey guys,
yesterday my brother gave me his old Lumia 820 because my Nexus 4 is broken. He did a soft-reset before.

It seems like the screen wasn't locked, so i had the phone in malaysian.
No problem i tought, a hard reset will do.

The point is that the hard reset runs ~ 1 min (spinning gears), after I see a sad emoticon : - (, it restarts and goes again into hard reset with the same results.

When I turn the phone on again (just power button) after it was off, i see those gears with the sad face again.

The only other way is to come to a screen with flash and a gear, connected to a PC it's recognized as Qualcomm MSM device, neither Windows Phone recovery tool or Lumia recovery tool recognize the phone.

I guess my brother had installed the latest Windows Phone 10 developer preview.

So... any idea?

I have an AT&T Nokia Lumia 635. I am wanting to unlock the Lumia and use it on Sprint's network. I have looked at the debranding guides on here and they have been no help. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be much obliged.

Flash Lumia 535 Dual sim to Single sim - Automatic keyboard add after restart

I just bought Lumia 535 Dual Sim, I hate the second sim icon in the top bar as I don't have a second sim active. I have been reading this forum for tutorials to flash my Lumia 535. (Just Read: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2515453)
I was wondering if it was possible to flash it with a single sim firmware (Rm-1091) so that the second sim icon disappears without losing any functionality. If so, can someone help me as when I type my product code in navifirm, it gives only one firmware.

Moreover, whenever I restart my Lumia, a persian keyboard is automatically added, any way to fix that?
I tried Hard resetting it but when it resets, the default language is Slovensky. I dont know why that is. I have to change it to English (United States) but speech has English (United Kingdom) by default.

windows 10 kills my lumia 520 plz help

iam using lumia 520 windows 10166 build my phone is continously switching off i tried hard reset and normal reset on my phone even though spinnning gears were not cmng and even tried windows phone recovery tool(wprt), lumia software recovery tool(but showing error "operation ended with failure")used nokia product support tool also
i had went nokia &microsoft care point but the engineers are saying there might be mother board problem we are helpless
i have post this issue in microsoft support forums but no engineer helped me to resolve the issue
so my sincere request to all is to make this issue popular and help me to resolve this
issue
