authorize usb debugging without screen

When replacing the flex cable from my nexus 5 to not more alloy screen .
the phone is connected , can not access the internal storage normally , however when I list the adb appears that the device is not authorized.
I do not have root , is there any way to authorize the device to debug so I can restart the same in bootloader and flash a new ROM
