M8 stuck on fastboot

Hello,

I have an HTC One M8 from verizon stuck at fastboot, fastboot oem rebootRUU isn't working it takes me back to fastboot, RUU.exe not working it takes me back to fastboot, i also tried 0P6BIMG.zip on sd card when it starts updating Bootloader fail-pu partition update failed! i tried fastboot flash boot boot.img/fastboot flash recovery recovery.img remote not allowed, i also tried fastboot oem boot i get the following:
