S4 allways WLAN Activity

Hallo, i have on my S4 all time the WLAN Traffic on the Symbol, i dont know if it is since i have tryed to Backup the Phone with Smart Switch but that doesnt have worked, is it normal that the Arrows on the WLAN Symbol are active all time??
