What I2S DAC for my raspberry pi 2 ?

I want to make a hifi system. I discovered recently there is I2S DAC board for the raspberry pi.

First of all, do you think the Raspberry Pi + I2S DAC is a good choice for a HIFI system ? (keep in mind I have a very tight budget)

According to my research it's a very good idea but I'd like to confirm that :)

Second question : wich I2S DAC do you advise me ? (keep in mind I have a very tight budget)

The price is 37€ (shipping included)

The Pi-DAC+ from IQaudIO seemed better but it's 42€ (shipping not included). So should be arround 50€ with shipment. And it's not avaible yet.

Any advice ?
