Gps issue after flashing rom

I just flashed a rom and its been running great except for gps. I have no problem on Google maps but when I use a walking app, the gps just stays still and says that its inaccurate. I'm trying to use runtastic pro and its just not tracking me. I did a clean install of the rom and what's weird is that it has no problem on Google maps
