Which phone would you pick out of this list?

I know most of you will recommend the Oneplus 2, but honestly I don't feel like waiting for the 16gig one to get in stock and I want nfc, fast charging and wireless charging, and I also don't want to have to get an invite, how hard is it to get an invite btw? If I frequent the forums there how long should it take me to get an invite?
I'd like to spend the least possible for a good phone, and will be rooting and flashing to stock or near stock if possible.
